St Nicholas’, Wasing

St Nicholas is a friendly Anglican Church within the Parish of Aldermaston and Wasing. This ancient church, holding just 100 people, is situated on the Wasing Estate but is the parish church of Wasing. Access to the church is via the Estate gate, Wasing Lane, opposite Shalford Farm.

It is our main wedding church, conducting about 50 weddings a year, because the parish church is situated in the midst of the Wasing Park wedding venue.

Planning your Visit

A Warm Hello

The following information is specifically for those planning a visit, so that you know, beforehand, what to expect on a Sunday morning.

Where and When

There are services across the benefice in our six beautiful churches and details can be found on the 'Our Services' page. Our worship is a mixture of contemporary and traditional. Refreshments are served after all the services and we invite you to stay for a cuppa - it is a great way to meet people, or simply take time to find your bearings.

Children are welcome at all of our services, particularly the more contemporary services. We really value worshipping God all together as a family.
